What your own platform would save, and cost

Most companies pay three times for the same work: in software that doesn’t talk to itself, in outsourced hands that move data between it, and in their own people’s hours. Put in your numbers and see what one platform you own would save, and what it costs to run.

Check these numbers with an architect

An AI Architect goes through your tools, contracts and workflows with you and tells you, line by line, what we’d replace and what we wouldn’t. If it won’t pay for itself, we’ll say so.

How we count

Half of your software subscriptions: the ones a module replaces, like chat, mail, phones, CRM and project tools. Forty percent of outsourced work: the routine part, like first-line calls, data entry, reconciliation and reporting. A fifth of the time your people spend in systems, on a 40-hour week over 48 weeks: the part spent searching, copying between tools, re-entering data and building reports, valued at what an hour costs you. Savings build up over the first six months as contracts end and teams switch; costs count in full from day one. Costs are AI credits at $10 a person a month (at least $100), hosting, and engineering support at $450 an engineering credit. This is an estimate to discuss, not a quote, and it leaves out the build itself and any AI-Architect engagement, which we price for each company.
